ACCOUNTING ANALYST

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Buenos Aires office, you will be Accounting Analyst.
**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:

- Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations according to Corporate requirements, and answer all queries related to those reconciliations by Internal Audit, SOX audits, External Audit or any management inquiries.
- Reconciliation and analysis of accounts receivables, including follow up of collections with customers
Accounts Payables: recording of domestic purchases invoices in BPCS ensuring the correct account allocation of expenses
- Accounts Payables: recording of intercompany invoices in BPCS through manual or automated import process
- Preparation and / or supervision of imports costing accounting records
- Preparation and recording of month end close journal entries and analyses
- Follow up with external Accounting firm the monthly tax filings and payments

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 -7 of years of experience.
- Bachelor Degree in Administration or Accounting
- Good knowledge and experience of accounting and tax matters
- Knowledge of BPCS basic modules (ACP, ACR, GLD)
Understanding of English language, basically for reading comprehension and basic writing
- Aptitude for critical analysis and creative problem solving
- Detailed oriented, analytical skills
- Team work attitude
- Good communication and collaborative skills to interact either with co-workers and third parties (customers / vendors)
