**About the role**:
WinTech is looking for a CRO Manager - someone who lives and breathes conversion optimisation and delivers measurable results. In this role, you'll have a clear mission: deliver 15% conversion rate growth in a quarter.

Unlike companies where CRO specialists simply make recommendations, you'll drive the entire process: from data analysis and hypothesis generation to creating high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with developers on implementation, and ultimately owning the performance outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate powerful hypotheses based on deep funnel analysis, competitive research, and industry best practices.
- Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that precisely communicate your optimisation vision.
- Advocate for your ideas with compelling data-backed presentations to stakeholders.
- Partner with developers to ensure flawless implementation of test variations.
- Maintain exceptional quality control throughout the testing process.
- Analyse test results with statistical rigor to make definitive scaling decisions.
- Implement winning variants and document learnings for organisational knowledge.
- Build a systematic testing roadmap that consistently delivers conversion improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven Performance: Minimum 2+ years driving measurable CRO results across web/mobile funnels with documented lift metrics. Experience with subscription-based products is highly valued.
- Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and testing tools (Growthbook).
- Design Sensibility: Strong UI/UX understanding with the ability to create compelling mockups that maintain brand integrity.
- Data Mastery: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Execution Excellence: Remarkable attention to detail and commitment to flawless implementation.
- Communication: Outstanding ability to present ideas, justify hypotheses, and report results to stakeholders.
- Self-Direction: Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive them forward independently.
- Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Experience in marketing: attribution, UTM parameters, ROAS.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
