Position: Remote Post Producer

Remote

As the Post Producer at Ajax, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire post production process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with our production team, editors, and other stakeholders to manage the workflow and deliver outstanding content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the entire post production process from start to finish.
- Manage and coordinate the work of editors, sound designers, colorists, VFX artists and other post production staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the post production process.
- Develop and maintain post production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
- Monitor and manage post production budgets.
- Ensure all content meets the company's quality standards and is delivered on time.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide solutions.
- Implement and maintain efficient workflows and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest post production technologies and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the post production process.
- Maintain a database of assets and ensure proper archiving of completed projects.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Post Producer or similar role in the media or entertainment industry.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication oriented to meet their needs and expectations are met throughout the post production process.
- Strong understanding of post production processes, including editing, sound design, VFX and color grading.
- Proficient in post production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke, Maya, and others.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
