Senior Analyst, Financial Planning

We are looking for a** Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis** to join our global team.
This position will report directly to the Head of Finance and will have the possibility to develop the function and generate key insights for decision making.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in FP&A, Financial Consulting or Business Analytics.
- Thrive in the details and working on critical, fast-paced projects and analysis.
- True and strong desire to deeply understand how all products work at product and P&L reporting level.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Master Excel
- Advanced English Level
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or business-related field required

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead FP&A activity including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Own and iterate on existing consolidated financial models
- Manage reporting/KPIs consistent with actual product P&L.
- Identify and propose improvements and efficiencies, and take an active role in finding and implementing solutions.
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of finance activities and reporting
- Develop relationships with business partners to help forecast revenue growth
- Monthly and quarterly forecasting and monthly reporting activities/ processes.
- Oversee Financial Planning and Analysis Globally with teams in each region, product group, and centrally.
- Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
- Impact the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives.
- Additional ad hoc projects with VP Finance and C-level
