Xometry is seeking a dedicated **Contract Corporate Recruiter** to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and recruiting** top-tier talent in product, operations, and marketing** for our expanding operations in both the United States and Latam. This recruiter may be pulled into working on other non-technical or technical roles within the organization as needed. **This will be a 2-3 month contract.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer presentation.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reports and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and inform recruitment strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other members of the recruitment team to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure a cohesive approach.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for US-based companies.
- Mastery in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectively.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.
- Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite.
