**About Position**

**Overview**

Location: Córdoba (not fully remote).

Position: Full-Time

**Job Purpose**

As a **Project Manager** at Fligoo you will be responsible for the planning, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute company projects in tandem with clients.
- Assist in the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Delegate required resources and project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Collect and manage the project team. Support and direct team.
- Create a schedule and project timeline.
- Track deliverables and project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
- Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
- Keep the team on schedule and ensure that no task assignments escape notice.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, sometimes with the help of the team. Generate suggestions for improving work, and develop alternative approaches and ideas presented in a manner that gets others' attention.
- Work to build strong relationships with their teammates, manager, and other stakeholders.
- Be able to manage and communicate risks on time, execute mitigation strategies, and minimize risk impact.
- Conduct agile meetings such as planning, daily meetings and demos.
- Fluent English is a must: you will need to manage client and internal meetings in different languages

**Qualifications**:

- Academic training
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- PMP Certification (highly desirable).
- Project Management Diploma (highly desirable).
- Technical Skills
- Manage Jira.
- YouTrack (desirable).
- Microsoft Office stack (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Other Skills
- Demonstrated cross-functional **communication skills** and relationship-building experience with technical teams and clients.
- Lead by example and willing to jump in and do their fair share of work. Help others perform to the best of their abilities.
- Manage Data proactively with clear goals.
- **Negotiate **skillfully in several situations; settle differences with minimum noise. Adeptly understand the motivations of counterparts and incorporate knowledge into negotiations.
- Fligoo is a multinational company. Many employees and customers are from Brazil. So, being able to understand and to express yourself in Portuguese is a huge plus.

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in managing software projects.
