El/La **Quality System Specialist**será responsable de asegurar la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC) de la organización, garantizando el cumplimiento con los lineamientos del QMS de GSK, GMP, GLP y requisitos regulatorios aplicables. Este rol actúa como un pilar técnico-operativo clave para asegurar la integridad, trazabilidad y robustez de los procesos de calidad, contribuyendo al Quality Improvement Plan y promoviendo una cultura de calidad en toda la organización.

**Responsabilidades Principales**

- Ejecutar y mantener operativamente los procesos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad asegurando documentación, trazabilidad y cumplimiento frente a auditorías internas y externas.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua, analizar KPIs y apoyar planes de optimización del SGC, incluyendo el Quality Improvement Plan.
- Gestionar Desvíos, CAPAs, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, la calidad de las investigaciones y el análisis de tendencias.
- Gestionar el proceso de Controles de Cambio del Cluster, asesorando a las LOCs y aprobando solicitudes en el sistema VQMS.
- Gestionar auditorías externas y el proceso de manejo de proveedores: mantenimiento del listado de proveedores, acuerdos de calidad, calendario anual y seguimiento de acciones.
- Colaborar transversalmente con áreas internas, y el laboratorio de control de calidad, actuando como referente técnico para la correcta ejecución de los sistemas de calidad y frente a auditorias e inspecciones.

**Calificaciones Requeridas**

- Título universitario en ciencias (ej. Bioquímica, Farmacia, Ingeniería, Biotecnología o carreras afines).
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en la industria farmacéutica en el rol de Quality System Specialist
- Conocimiento sólido de GMP, GDP, GLP y Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad (ej. ISO 9001).
- Experiência demostrable en manejo de desvíos, CAPAs, controles de cambio, auditorías y gestión de proveedores.
- Habilidades analíticas, atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar bajo estándares de calidad en entornos exigentes.
- Nível intermedio de inglés y manejo avanzado de herramientas MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook).

**Calificaciones Deseables (preferred)**

- Experiência como especialista senior de calidad o posiciones equivalentes.
- Certificación o formación en metodologías de investigación de desvíos (ej. Orange Belt u otras herramientas de problem solving).
- Experiência coordinando proyectos de mejora continua o iniciativas de cambio organizacional.
- Habilidad comprobada para trabajar con equipos multi-ubicados y stakeholders externos.
- Experiência previa en ambientes multinacionales o con sistemas corporativos globales (ej. VQMS, PRS).
