**About the team**

The Global Finance Success (GFS) belong to one of the main pillars of the Global Finance & Administration board area of SAP, the Global Finance Infrastructure. The Global Finance Shared Services environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.

Within GFS, the O2I CSS team is responsible for supporting the processes for the administration of Cloud Subscription, Software License and Support and services contracts and invoices starting with the receipt of signed contracts.

**What you’ll do**:

- Position title: SAP iXp Intern - O2I Cloud, Software & Support Finance Operations
- Location: Munro, Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Duration: 6 months up to 18 months
- Target start date: November or December 2025
- Work mode: Hybrid

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Facilitate billing KPIs and Invoice Pools reports and gather feedback from O2I CSS teams.
- Work alongside with Americas Regional Director and Billing and Invoice Management SPOC to address multiple payers’ requests from sales, focusing on consolidating input from various departments.
- Assist the Billing and Invoice Management SPOC around invoice pool and unbilled revenue councils calls.
- Contribute with reports and efficient communication with the team regarding invoice pool, targets reports in a weekly basis, weekly unbilled progress report and any other ad-hoc reports.
- Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with other teams and departments
- Participate in department and cross-functional projects

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Must be a current University student
- Upper-intermediate written and spoken English
- Previous experience in finance area is not essential, but it is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Capacity to develop collaborative work relationships within the team and with stakeholders
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
