**Main Purpose**
- Provide the experience and technical support regarding the structural performance of the packaging materials and the characteristics, operating principles and performance of the equipment used in the packing activities of the products manufactured and/or marketed by the Pharma and Consumer divisions of Bayer Argentina.
- The above is to ensure an efficient correlation between materials and equipment, as well as the correct implementation and improvement of new structures, materials, tooling, and special packaging requirements by the countries where the products will be marketed. We always focus on improvement, optimization, innovation, and financial topics.

**Your mission will be to**
- Evaluate and solve technical aspects associated with packaging materials and packaging equipment in the Pilar site.
- Constant research and evaluation of new packaging materials and pharmaceutical equipment to allow the selection of new technologies, new suppliers of packaging materials, process improvement to implement innovations, savings, extension and improvement to products manufactured and marketed by the Pilar Site.
- Technical evaluation and support for the implementation of new structure of materials, equipment and packaging configuration to ensure the best functionality and performance during product manufacturing.
- Participation in the approval of die master, final artworks, product layout and packaging equipment tooling.
- Verify and report the performance of packaging materials developed in packaging and conditioning lines.

**Unlock your potential**
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Language: English (B2, advanced)
- Experience: 3 years total experience in areas of pharmaceutical industries like packaging, maintenance or packaging material development.
- Plus: Experience in materials structure, innovation projects and project management.
- Skills: Work under pressure, Negotiation, Ability to analyze, teamwork, interpersonal relationship skills, flexibility
