**Note: This is an IT Help Desk position is for weekend coverage, and provides 2 shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Ideal availability is 10 AM to 10 PM for 24 hours of work. Strong English communication is required.**

**Position**:
As a Level 1 Help Desk technician, you will answer and resolve calls, tickets, and alerts over the weekend to meet company goals and maintain the best client satisfaction possible. Following company procedures and policies, Level 1 Help Desk Technicians are expected to answer phone calls as they come in, monitor, complete tickets as they come through and follow the general direction given by your Team Lead or Leadership. Issues requiring a deeper scope of knowledge will be escalated to other internal company teams in accordance to company procedure. - At Least 1 year of computer help desk experience
- A solid foundation of troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac deployment, security and networking
- Outlook & Webmail (Exchange and O365)
- Printer installations
- System Virtualization
- Basic to Mid-Level Network troubleshooting
- Various Windows Server environments (Active Directory, etc )

- Self-Motivating tendencies
- Great organization & multitasking skills
- A quick wit and good sense of humor (it’s not all serious)
- Ability to work under pressure and be fearless on the phones
- Confidence to take on new projects and learn new skills on the fly
- Ability to demonstrate competency with the following:
- General critical thinking skills
- Creative Problem Solving
**Any of the following certifications are good**:
- CompTIA A+
- Network+
- Microsoft Certification
- VMware
- Etc.
