Are you a motivated sales leader with a passion for driving results and leading high-performing teams? We’re looking for an experienced **Sales Manager** to join our dynamic team at A-Teamwork

As our **Sales Manager**, you’ll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, developing strategies to hit ambitious targets, and driving growth across the board. We need someone with strong **team leadership skills** and a proven track record in **sales management** to take our team to the next level.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales reps to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and a smooth sales process.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
