**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise frac operations in oil and gas fields.
- Ensure quality control of fluids and equipment at well sites.
- Manage and coordinate with field teams to deliver successful frac jobs.
- Oversee high-pressure pump operations and fluid blending processes.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in hydraulic fracturing (frac) operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
