**Job Description**:
You will be responsible for:
Managing project management (PMO) for the Argentina CARVYKTI Launch, ensuring all deliverables and actions are on track, providing visibility and risk management to the leadership team.
Implementing change management (ADKAR) aligned with commercial operations FPOs (Final Project Objectives).
Creating, updating, and managing commercial operational procedures (manuals, policies, SOPs & WIs) related to E2E CART flow for Argentina, ensuring quality and compliance.
Managing the training plan, deliverables, and execution, securing formal approval in the document management system.
Collaborating with commercial operations CTMs and ETMs, and third parties (e.g., Local 4PL, World Courier) to ensure a smooth CART launch and transition to BAU, including metrics implementation.
Executing stakeholder, business, and organizational readiness plans, ensuring change controls are completed on time.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years in the Pharma industry or CRO/CMO for advanced therapies (e.g., CAR-T, Gene Therapy, Molecular Therapy).
Project Management (PMO) experience.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Fluent in Spanish & English.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Administration, or Science (Pharmacist, Biomedical, etc.).
Strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Leadership, collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a matrixed and global organization.
Knowledge of quality, compliance, supply chain, operations, and logistics is highly desirable.
Analytical, process-oriented, with decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Process excellence skills and professional certifications in change management are preferred.
Quick learner.
