**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop innovative design concepts for a variety of media, including digital platforms, print materials, and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions that meet client needs.
- Utilize software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator) to create high-quality graphics and layouts.
- Implement 2D animation and motion graphics techniques to enhance visual storytelling.
- Create digital art assets for use in marketing campaigns, social media, and other promotional materials.
- Work with 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max and Mudbox to produce visually engaging designs when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, including Unreal Engine, to incorporate into design practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across various mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is essential.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is a plus.
- Experience in 2D animation and motion graphics is highly desirable.
- Experience using 3D modeling software like Mudbox or 3ds Max is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience.
