**About the job**

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements across multiple departments.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to improve sourcing strategy.
- Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to support talent mapping.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment.
- Experience sourcing AI experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of talent markets in APAC, EMEA, MENA and Americas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong research and online sourcing skills (Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS tools e.g Recruitee
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities
- Proactive, resourceful, and data-driven in approach
