**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Brand Designer & Full Stack Developer** who is both a master of digital and print design **and** a highly skilled web developer. You should have a keen eye for aesthetics, user experience, and branding while also possessing strong coding abilities to develop and optimize websites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
This role blends creativity and technical expertise to **enhance our brand presence**, improve our website performance, and ensure a seamless digital experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Design & Marketing**:
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Design and optimize landing pages, digital ads, and marketing materials to drive engagement and conversions.
- **Web Development & UX/UI**:
- Improve and maintain our **website and digital properties** to enhance functionality, speed, and user experience.
- Implement new features, landing pages, and integrations to support marketing campaigns and business growth.
- Ensure **mobile responsiveness, SEO best practices, and high-performance standards** across all platforms.
- **Technical Execution & Optimization**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, ensuring seamless front-end and back-end performance.
- Set up and optimize **automations, tracking pixels, analytics, and A/B testing** to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journeys, from ad creatives to website experience.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Design Expertise**:
- Strong proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)** and Figma.
- Experience with brand identity creation, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- **Full Stack Development Skills**:
- Expertise in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js, etc.)**:
- Experience with **backend development (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar)** and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Firebase, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of **WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms**.
- Familiarity with **API integrations, automations, and third-party tools** (Zapier, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.).
- **Marketing & Growth Experience**:
- Understanding of **SEO, CRO, and digital marketing principles** to optimize website performance.
- Experience with **Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and marketing automation tools**.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams on ad creatives, landing pages, and lead-generation funnels.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per month
