Position Mission: To serve as a strategic business partner to commercial units, driving data-informed decision-making and delivering actionable insights. This role will lead the development and analysis of dashboards and business reports, support revenue management and commercial initiatives, and enhance/drive operational efficiency and customer experience through key projects leadership.
**Key Functions**:
**_ Data Analysis & Reporting_**
- Map available data sources & explore new ones.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and business performance reports with focus on reduce operational workload.
- Translate data into insights to support sales force effectiveness and customer engagement.
**_Business Partnering, Strategic & Operations Support_**
- Lead implementation of Sell-Out project as a foundation for future strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration and execution of some operational commercial processes like Rebates, Free Samples & Field Force Incentives.
- Provide analytical support to business units to enhance decision-making and commercial performance.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate closely with commercial teams, finance, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders in order to enhance customer service.

**Education**:
College level professional in business administration, economics, operations, sales, or strategic planning.
**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects independently.
- Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate level), Power BI,
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a Plus (SAP).
- English Intermediate level
**Work Experience**:
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial excellence, business analysis, commercial operations or related roles.
- Experience managing big volume of data, analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, finance teams.
- English level: Intermediate
