- It systematically detects business risks while also preventing legal liability, especially from HR issues such as: Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, Hour Wage Claims, etc.;
- It stores the knowledge acquired by a company over time, and it methodically spreads it to every department, team, and staff member, based on a customized schedule;
- It automates coaching and training staff, automatically confirming their understanding of every lesson;
- It provides detailed and actionable reports on every person, department, or team;
- It is simple to install, quick to integrate, and easy to use.

**SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER**

**Functions and Duties**:

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, project managers, quality assurance teams, and other developers regarding progress on long-term technology roadmap
- Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and to ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs
- Develop and oversee testing schedules in client server environment, addressing various browsers and devices to ensure that content is displayed as intended
- Produce quality code, raising the bar for team performance and speed
- Recommend systems solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchased alternatives

**Responsibilities**:

- Write clean code and tests, build prototypes, resolve issues, and profile and analyze bottlenecks
- Perform UI tests to optimize performance
- Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
- Provide training and support to internal teams
- Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or similar
- Highly proficient in English
- 5+ Years proven work experience as a Back-end developer
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment) as well as of OOP, DDD, SOLID and TDD
- Hands on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript and CSS)
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude

**Working Days**: Saturday to Wednesday (Off Mondays and Tuesdays)

**Shift Duration**: 8-hour shifts

**Time Range**:  Between 1:00pm and 10:00pm (Argentina Time)

**Job Types**:Full-time.

**Compensation**:We offer competitive compensation, on an hourly basis, based on each person’s experience and qualifications
