**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the whole finance function (FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury, Controllership, Taxes, Internal Controls, AP/AR/Cash Planning). Oversee Treasury Front/Middle & Back Office, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning. Highly involved in strategic processes such as M&A, Financing and capital raise (investor rounds); Investment Valuations. Ensuring full compliance with company policies and guidelines, addressing treasury and cash flow issues operating across complex economies, multinational tax issues. Manage relationships with Banks and major financial service providers. Coordinate Global cash management tools to centralize financial information. Prepare Planning & Business reports, highlights, presentations and strategic reviews for the founding Team & Investor. Prepare monthly presentations of financial results and annual budget. Integrated a cross functional team responsible for defining and implementing the Company's key strategic initiatives. Partnered with the different Business Units to identify, analyze and evaluate new business opportunities. Managing resources across multiple functions and countries. Create a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure. Control and evaluate the capital structure and manage relationships with banks, partners to attain funding if necessary. Working closely with the Executive Team on their planning activities to ensure the plans support the profitability/cash/asset efficiency and continued financial viability of the company. Advising senior management on overall long
- and short-term strategic issues, including matters related to financial management, performance management strategies, revenue/market growth strategies, and organization structure. Oversee Commercial Finance activities conducted in the region to provide strategic guidance for major customer deals. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to build awareness, understanding, and support for company activities and operations. Oversee the company’s risk management strategy and monitoring process, supporting the Audit, Risk and Finance Committee in its duties in this regard. Oversee policy compliance, balance sheet control and statutory reporting and risk assurance activities.

**The Successful Applicant**: 15+ years of Finance experience Work experience in a Tech Regional or Global company is a must 15+ years of leadership experience Exceptional oral and written communication with the ability to concisely provide executive summaries to senior management Strong problem-solving analytical skills, with an ability to drive data analytics and make appropriate conclusions on results Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines across a variety of stakeholders to meet targets and deliverable dates Influencer with peers, staff and senior Executives Outstanding people management skills/achievement of results through others
