We’re a fast-growing, VC-funded startup and we’re currently looking for an UX Designer to join our team.

As the UX Designer you will collaborate with a great team inside Aprende, researchers, writers, UI designers,product managers and devs.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer
- Experience working with figma, sketch, XD o Marvel,
- User Centered design, Design Thinking, Lean UX.
- Experience working with others UX roles
- Experience in edtech platforms is a plus
- Experience in a Startup environment
- English intermediate - business

**What you will be doing**:

- Understand the metrics and define a value propositions
- Guide strategy and define roadmap in close collaboration with product and engineering partners
- Identify Information, understand our users and generate possible solutions based on the user’s search experience
- Define and structure navigation flows that facilitate the iteration of the Aprende platforms and our users
- Improve the usability of our projects
- Design and execute usability test
- Working with the UX team and product team to get to a balance between user and product
- Create high-quality interaction design to improve ease of use, discoverability and comprehension, while being able to meet requirements, timelines and tell the story of the work
- Leverage and extend the use of established design system, style guide, patterns and assets in the creation of UX analysis, solutions, and deliverables
