Queremos sumar a nuestro equipo a un Customer Experience Consultant. Vas a tener el propósito deDiseñar e implementar los proyectos consultivos que vayan surgiendo en el área. Tus principales funciones seránColaboración en diagnósticos de transformación cultural. Acompañamiento a empresas en procesos consultivos. Mapeos de talento con matrices 9-box. Adaptación y creación de materiales de formación. Soporte a clientes. Diseño de propuestas comerciales consultivas. Dictado de workshops (liderazgo, transformación cultural).

**Requisitos**:
Para tomar este rol necesitamos que cuentes con
- Inglés avanzado (excluyente) - Conocimientos en diseño instruccional. - Conocimientos sólidos en las últimas tendencias de gestión del talento humano. - Manejo de Power Point y plataformas más modernas para el diseño de presentaciones comerciales o de informe de emergentes o finales para los proyectos. - Manejo de herramientas de facilitación (mural, juegos). - Experiência en consultoría, manejo de clientes y dictado de workshops. Y que dispongas de. - Naturalidad para conectar con las personas. - Orientación a la calidad. - Aptitudes comerciales (deseable). - Vocación de servicio. - Solidez. - Creatividad. - Compañerismo. - Flexibilidad. - Orientación al cambio.
