As part of the Custom Reports team, you’ll design and deliver reports for market leaders, using our own sophisticated reporting framework. In this position, you’ll have access to our customers’ business intelligence and you’ll handle their data according to their specific needs. You’ll have the chance to grow within the team towards report analysis and business intelligence data mining, as well as develop your knowledge of data analysis and DBA.**Your challenges and objectives**:

- Gain a deep understanding of the Avature platform.
- Learn about our reporting framework and how it interacts with the backend.
- Become an expert on internal tools used for custom reports.
- Create new tools to evolve the capabilities of the Custom Reports team.

**Your day-to-day activities**:

- Develop reports for portals, dashboards, and integrations following our workflows.
- Keep open communication with the Consulting, Account Management, and Analytics Services teams to discuss reporting needs and specifications.
- Evaluate feasibility of requested reports and inform any gaps to the Consulting team.
- Maintain existing reports.
- Document processes for internal use.
- Optimize SQL when needed.

**About you**:

- Knowledgeable in database administration languages, preferably SQL.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Analytical mindset and great team player.
- Python or PHP programming skills are appreciated.
- Experience in BI or reporting tools is valued.
