**Role Overview**
We are currently seeking an experienced **SAP Data Migration Senior** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end data migration processes for SAP implementations. Working closely with business and technical teams, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data throughout the migration lifecycle, supporting critical business transformations across LATAM.
**SAP Data Migration Senior Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of SAP data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP platforms.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data migration strategies, scope, and timelines.
- Extract, cleanse, transform, and load (ETL) data using SAP tools and best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards during the migration process.
- Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
- Develop migration scripts, templates, and documentation to support project deliverables.
- Coordinate mock migrations, cutover activities, and post-go-live data support.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
**Required Qualifications for SAP Data Migration Senior**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP data migration projects.
- Strong expertise with SAP migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LTMC, LSMW, BODS).
- Proven experience with SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in data mapping, cleansing, and transformation processes.
- English proficiency at B2+ level, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications for SAP Data Migration Senior**:
- Experience with **SAP S/4HANA migration** projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience working in multicultural, distributed teams.
- Understanding of cloud-based SAP solutions and integration concepts.
