Condiciones de contratación: - Jornada de trabajo: Full Time 9am - 6pm - Modalidad de trabajo: Hibrido - Contrato: Por tiempo indeterminado, con Experis - Salario: A convenir + Prepaga individual + plataforma gratuita de capacitaciones + descuento 45% en Educación IT, 75% en Open English + 20% en instituto de idiomas CUI + 50% Megatlon + Descuentos Cuponstar y supermercados, entre otros. Conocimientos / Skills técnicos: - Experiência comprobable en **análisis de datos, ingeniería de datos y soluciones de IA**. - Sólida experiência técnica en entornos de datos empresariales (pipelines, arquitecturas, plataformas de datos, ML/AI). - Capacidad para traducir problemas de negocio en **soluciones técnicas de datos e inteligencia artificial**. - Experiência trabajando con clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades y proponiendo soluciones de implementación. - Perfil analítico, estratégico y con fuerte orientación a resultados. - Inglés avanzado (trabajo directo con operación en USA). Se valorará - Experiência en IA Agéntica, sistemas autónomos o investigación avanzada en IA. - Conocimiento de arquitecturas modernas de datos (cloud, streaming, MLOps, LLMOps). - Capacidad de comunicación clara con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos. - Interés en la evolución de la IA hacia la gestión autónoma de organizaciones. Responsabilidades principales: - Diseñar e impulsar iniciativas que aceleren la adopción de **IA e investigación aplicada**, apoyadas en soluciones prácticas de ingeniería de datos para empresas globales. - Liderar y participar en investigación orientada a: - Mejorar las capacidades de la IA para la **toma autónoma de decisiones estratégicas**. - Operar eficazmente en **entornos empresariales complejos**. - Comprender intención, anticipar necesidades y evolucionar de forma continua. - Contribuir al desarrollo de soluciones alineadas con **IA Agéntica y conceptos avanzados cercanos al Nível 5 de AGI**. - Proponer arquitecturas y estrategias de implementación de **Data & AI** adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente. - Actuar como **guía técnico-funcional** frente al cliente, explicando enfoques, trade-offs y caminos de adopción. - Apoyar al equipo comercial en la **definición de la solución**, validación técnica y storytelling tecnológico. - Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para llevar las propuestas desde la idea hasta la ejecución.
