**A Hybrid working model**

Once offices are fully open we will be moving to a hybrid working model, which will allow our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. **The Role**

Our Full Stack Developer will be accountable for the dynamism of websites using programming languages. Exploring new technologies, learning new concepts and sharing ideas with other employees.

**Hard skills**
- Solid Experience with Drupal CMS
- Solid experience with Front-End technologies HTML/CSS/JS
- DB experience such as Mysql and/or MariaDB
- PHP knowledge

- Coding and Maintaining projects previously created.
- Proposing and implementing improvements.
- Participation in a multidisciplinary team to understand the system requirements, apps, websites, as well as to recommend the right solutions.
- Developing solutions according to the client expectation, which run efficiently as planned.
- Performing unit test sand bug fixing.
- Liaising with the other internal teams, identifyingneedsand evaluating solutions.
- Training co-workers when it is necessaryin order tostimulate their professional development.
- Being aware of performance,semanticsand cross-browser.
- Designing web structures thinking about the user's experience.
