We welcome passionate warriors and are currently looking for a** Fraud, Payments & Risk Analyst** to fight fraudsters and help maintain a safe and secure player offering.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Responsibility for performing risk checks on player profiles, withdrawals, and due diligence documentation
- Ownership of analyzing player accounts for multi-accounting, bonus abuse, money laundry, transactional fraud and other fraudulent behaviour via reports and thorough checks
- Responsibility for processing customer withdrawals within stipulated SLA times, based on verification of due diligence documentation
- You will contribute to enhancing our fraud tools, back-office system and work procedures by coming up with ideas to improve the set-up
- Ownership of handling disputes and defending chargebacks with our payment providers
- You will support a close and proactive collaboration with our other operational departments, Customer Care, Compliance and Marketing in order to remain aware of our product offering and understand potential risks and fraud
- You will provide input to your direct manager for improvements in our Risk, Payments and Fraud operations and assist with various tasks and projects to this effect
- You will be involved in the definition, testing and assessment of improvements to existing policies and procedures
- Responsibility for consistently meeting your quality and quantity KPIs
- You will acquire a thorough understanding of our campaigns, promotions, and product offering, including specific functions for Casino, Live Casino and Sportsbook

- You possess the ability to balance mitigating risk and enabling business

- Highly motivated and a flexible attitude towards working hours
- Knowledge of the online gaming market, products and customers is a must
- Fluent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English. Brazilian Portuguese is a plus
- You are an excellent team player who will contribute actively to our BetWarrior spirit
- Enhanced Excel and pivoting knowledge is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Fraud & Risk operations in the e-gaming vertical
- Relevant academic degree or qualification
