**Welcome to Famvia Travel** a family-first travel company We are on a mission to help our clients enjoy a stress free family vacation. We have curated an experience that helps families plan, book and earn cash back on their trip. As our startup grows, famvia is looking for high agency folks who want to have an immediate impact as individual contributors towards a non-linear outcome.

As our Video Editor, your key responsibilities will include:

- Produce and edit multiple long-form videos (10-30 minutes) and short-form content (15-60 seconds) weekly
- Transform long-form content into engaging short-form videos optimized for social media platforms
- Create compelling travel destination highlight reels and family testimonial videos
- Edit and produce podcast episodes, including video podcast content
- Manage and organize video assets in a structured library system
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all video content
- Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content
- Maintain quality control and meet tight deadlines

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 4+ years of professional video editing experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Proven portfolio showing both long-form and short-form video content
- Experience in repurposing long-form content into social media-optimized shorts/reels
- Strong understanding of current social media video trends and best practices
- Expertise in color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics
- Strong storytelling abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in travel or lifestyle content creation
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO and content optimization
- Experience with multi-camera editing and podcast production
- Experience with AI-driven tools to help grab short clips from longer videos for use across social channels
- Video optimizations for driving views on X and Facebook

Note: While our team is 100% remote, most of our team members are based in North and South America. We speak a lot of Spanglish internally on team calls too :)

**Location**. We are a 100% remote company and you can work anywhere in the world. Our leadership team is based in Texas and Florida. If you are not located in the UTC-6 or UTC-5, then you will be expected to shift at least 3 hours of your workday so that it overlaps our standard 9a-5p.

Pay: $15,000,000.00 - $25,000,000.00 per year
