**Position Overview**

We are currently seeking a **Private Tours Coordinator** to support our clients and partners by organizing tailored, high-quality private tour experiences. This is a remote position, ideal for someone with a background in the travel or tourism industry who enjoys crafting seamless and memorable travel experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage private tour requests and bookings in various European cities
- Communicate with clients (in English and Spanish) to understand their needs and preferences
- Liaise with local guides and suppliers to confirm tour availability and logistics
- Prepare and send professional quotes and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and correspondence
- Respond to inquiries promptly and provide excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through additional services or recommendations

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in **English and Spanish**, both written and spoken
- Previous experience as a **travel agent**, tour coordinator, or in a similar customer-facing travel role
- Strong understanding of the **travel and tourism industry**, particularly in Europe
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and professional communication tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
