Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for recruitment and the travel industry? We are looking for an **HR Recruiter** to join our team and help us find the best tour guides and contractors to deliver unforgettable experiences

**About the Role**:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for tour guides and other contractors.
- Build relationships with potential hires and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and company goals
- Manage contracts, onboarding, and ensure compliance with company policies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (preferably in the tourism/hospitality industry), preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of freelance/contractor agreements is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple hiring processes at once.
- Fluent English and Spanish

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $8,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
