**Supply Planning Analyst**

**Primary Purpose of the Position**:

- Ensure product supply to achieve volume and mix targets considering lead times from different sourcings and other restrictions while keeping costs controlled.
- Act as connection between the business and the plants making sure that our customers needs are communicated

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure supply from the different sources in time to achieve APU volume targets
- Track in transit inventory without SIMI approval. Manage inventory in bonded WH.
- Work with the demand planning team to make sure that Customer requirements are always translated to supply and logistics planning
- APU POs creation and management
- Import invoice price control vs Pos and SIMIs
- Master data management. Product code extensions.
- Generate Supply planning Metrics and Daily Reports
- Drive continuous process improvement, working tirelessly to automate the daily reports
- GIC buy & sell process for APU

**Education**:

- Student/ Degree Engineering, Economics, Foreign Trade or related disciplines.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in related business areas, and one (1) year proven experience in supply chain.
Supply planning & Inventory management knowledge.
- Experience with project management or continuous process improvement.
Experience within a large, complex and global organization.

**Knowledge**:

- Ability to understand numeric-driven managerial and financial reporting such as AOP, Sales Forecasting, Gross Margin per SKU.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for continuous process improvement.
- Knowledge and management of specifics KPI's for the area.
- Intermediate English
- Proficient in MS Office and Advanced level of MS Excel (pivot tables, hyperlinks, complex formulas, macros).
- Ability to work with virtual teams in an international environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP/APO is highly desired
