**What will you do?**
- Develop strong and effective team relationships with TA team, Hiring Managers, and HR team.
- Assist with the development of specific recruiting plans to meet staffing requirements for assigned business units or departments.
- Provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
- Generate pipeline according to business needs.
- Provide reports and maintain data on recruiting activities as required.
- Keep appraised of regional and/or local employment laws and regulations in order to ensure Company compliance.
- Participate, as required, in activities and initiatives associated with change management involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance with local legislation.

**What do you need to perform this job?**
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years experience in an office environment or within a HR function.
- Fluency in English.
- Demonstrate very high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Analytical skills and attention to details.
- Problem solving, judgment and decision making skills in complex situations.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Eager to learn new processes.
- Good interpersonal relation skills.
- Communicative.
