**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Project Manager** to join our Communications & PR team. In this role, you will be a critical partner to the **Sr. Director of Communications**, ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives, programs, and campaigns that shape our external presence and internal narrative. You will also serve as a strategic operator, connecting dots between storytelling, media opportunities, social media and business positioning.

This is a unique hybrid role that blends **project management discipline** with a sharp **commercial/media lens**, supporting both execution and message impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the execution of Communications and PR initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business goals.
- Serve as the operational right hand to the Sr. Director of Communications, ensuring priorities are actioned and deadlines are met.
- Manage timelines, workflows, and dependencies across content campaigns, press events, social media, internal comms, and special projects.
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and flag blockers to ensure timely delivery of all team outputs.
- Act as the coordination point across internal teams (marketing, content generation, Publicists, etc.) and external partners (agencies, freelancers, media contacts).
- Prepare materials for internal and executive communications updates.
- Lead the intake and response process for inbound media requests, coordinating with internal teams to pitch compelling angles and secure approval.
- Craft tailored media pitches and press releases, ensuring stories are relevant, timely, and resonate with specific audiences and publications.
- Maintain a media outreach calendar, mapping stories to media cycles and business milestones.
- Build and nurture relationships with key media contacts, acting as a reliable and resourceful point of contact for information, interviews, and assets.** Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in project management, communications, media, or marketing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Spanish, with a sharp eye for detail and tone.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
