The role is crucial in shaping the Group's transfer pricing strategy and ensuring its effective implementation across multiple jurisdictions (LATAM, Europe, Asia, and Africa). It has a direct impact on optimizing the Group’s tax position, ensuring transfer pricing compliance, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of senior transfer pricing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment and being part of the Global Tax team
- Develop and implement global transfer pricing strategies that align with the company's tax and financial objectives and comply with international tax laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where the company operates, including the US and European market
- Manage relationships and interact with tax authorities and external advisors worldwide.
- Lead transfer pricing audits and inspections, assisting with requested information and offering recommendations for resolving controversies.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the intercompany’s operations
- Lead process and systems improvements to ensure full compliance and manage transfer pricing-related matters, including automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, tax risks mitigation and embed changes required by new legislative changes across countries.
- Act as a business partner for other functions (Global Tax team, accounting team and commercial team) across multiple sites providing transfer pricing advice on new and existing transactions.
- Manage the transfer pricing compliance of Group entities ensuring accurate and timely filings with the assistance of local advisors and control arm’s length profitability of Group companies in more than 90 countries.
- Participate in M&A processes from a transfer pricing perspective, assisting with due diligence, potentially in valuation analysis, and the transfer pricing policies integration of newly acquired businesses.

**Skills And Experience Required**:

- Advanced or Fluent in English (both written and spoken), ensuring effective communication with international colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 14+ years of leadership and background in finance with significant transfer pricing compliance and advisory experience for global/multinational companies. Postgraduate or equivalent is nice to have.
- Excellent worldwide knowledge of transfer pricing regulations globally (compliance, BEPS initiatives, CbC compliance). International tax knowledge is welcomed.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving strategic goals and improving business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and tax rules/laws and regulations and detail orientation.
- Skilled in explaining complicated transfer pricing issues clearly to those without a tax background (non-tax professionals)
- Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges
- Strong prioritization skills; flexibility and ability to multitask on a daily basis.
- Ability to develop excellent relationships with strong management skills
- Work independently with a high level of accountability
