**Responsibilites**: Support of the employee hiring process: Induction, equipment management and onboarging support. Follow-up and update of contracts and agreements of collaborators. Follow-up and monitoring of collaborators through pulse interviews, entrance evaluations, working environment surveys, among others. Recording of vacations, leaves, and other information regarding collaborators. Maintaining updated information on regulations for each client.
