**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive automation testing strategy for mobile, backend, and web admin components
- Select, integrate, and utilize testing frameworks such as KMP Test, Appium, Espresso, and REST Assured
- Create and maintain functional, integration, performance, and security test suites to achieve comprehensive test coverage
- Collaborate with DevOps to embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for streamlined workflows
- Analyze technical and functional requirements early in the development process to ensure they are testable
- Set objectives for test coverage and monitor quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of testing efforts
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing to uphold testing best practices
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing for mobile and backend systems
- Proven track record in designing and implementing test automation frameworks from the ground up
- In-depth knowledge of mobile testing tools such as Appium, Espresso, or KMP Test
- Practical experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or Compose Multiplatform technologies
- Knowledge of Backend For Frontend (BFF) architecture, particularly with Java
- Experience working with Salesforce for administrative and back-office functionalities
- Familiarity with cloud-based mobile testing platforms such as Firebase Test Lab or Bitrise
