**Your main responsibilities**:
- Provide customers and sales team with technical assistance and product information.
- Review product specifications and provides proper compliance documentation.
- Provide custom costing and prepare formal quotations following the delegation and authority procedures.
- Produce estimated dimensions, weights, and electrical information.
- Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to create price quote for non-standard products where list price is not readily available.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to prepare moderately complex quotation packages, review detailed specifications including technical deviations lists as required, with mínimal assistance, tools may include CRM and MS office software.
**Your background**:
- We imagine that you have:_
- Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (electrical, mechanical, industrial, others.)
- Great telephone skills and good written and verbal English language communication skills to receive and give information.
- Proficiency in the use of ERP systems, Microsoft Office including MS Excel, SAP and product sizing software.
