**In this role, you will**be responsible for**:

- Supporting the Product Owner (PO) and Project Manager (PM) in managing Data & Analytics projects
- Agile Product Delivery and Scrum methodologies
- Coordinating and communicating between IT and functional teams to translate opportunities into technology solutions
- Data analysis and visualization using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and programming languages such as Python or R
- Implementing and managing functional technologies such as SAP ERP, SAP HANA, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Documenting and tracking projects using project management tools
- Emphasizing outcome-focused approaches in a D&A career path
- Receiving guidance from mentors and engaging with Kimberly-Clark’s global employee network

**To succeed in this role,**you’ll** need the following qualifications**:

- College student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT Management, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Previous relevant internship or related work experience is a plus
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and programming languages like Python or R; cloud experience is a plus
- Curiosity and motivation to solve business challenges using data; strong problem-solving attitude
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Technical aptitude and understanding of programming fundamentals
- Leadership experience during college
