**Operations Specialist - A-Teamwork**:

- Location: Remote_
- Full-Time_

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver who loves diving into data and optimizing processes? A-Teamwork is looking for an **Operations Specialist** to join our team

We’re seeking someone who’s fast on their feet, knows their way around programming languages, and is ready to handle ticketing systems with ease. If you’re detail-oriented, eager to support smooth operations, and have a knack for tech, this might be the role for you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Work with ticketing systems to troubleshoot and solve operational issues.
- Utilize your programming knowledge (XML, JSON, JavaScript) to support our systems.
- Monitor and analyze operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
- Manage tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience with at least one programming language (XML, JSON, JavaScript).
- Ability to work with ticketing systems to resolve issues.
- Fast thinker with great problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel for data handling.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
