**Senior Visual Designer**

**About R/GA**

**About the role**
We are looking for a Senior Illustrator and Designer to join our team at R/GA. Who will be responsible for leading design and illustration projects and developing creative concepts across digital, print and broadcast formats. Who also must have the ability to think conceptually and communicate.

Here's what you should know if you want to be a **Senior Visual Designer** at R/GA:
**On any given day you might**
- Passionate for drawing and the drive and determination to make great work
- Develop innovative proposals and ideas to meet client objectives
- Create designs for digital, print and broadcast formats
- Review and refine designs to ensure that they meet brand standards
- Work closely with other designers, copywriters and developers to ensure consistent quality of work.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.

**The ideal person**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of design principles, such as composition, typography, color theory, and grid systems.
- Proficiency in designing and illustrating for big formats as posters and packagings.
- Experience with user interface design.
- Understanding of web technologies.
- Ability to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Ability to adapt designs to meet the changing needs of clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of print production techniques and processes.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.

**You bring**
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional design experience.
- Extensive knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven ability to create visually appealing designs.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to speak, read, and write in other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation and video production is a plus.
