**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking for a Product Owner with sports betting companies working experience. The specialist will have time allocated for the implementation of creative solutions (separately from the main responsibilities).

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out the functions of the Product Owner
- Work closely with stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog
- Organize product delivery in a way that maximizes business value and effectiveness of the development teams
- Organize effective interactions between the client and the project team
- Work closely with the client team to gather requirements and define operational and business tasks
- Analyze, document, and manage technical and business requirements throughout the project’s lifecycle
- Form the vision of the product in cooperation with the customer
- Consult with the client in order to choose the best way to create the product
- Manage a team of up to 5 people (at start)

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years in Product Management (as a product owner)
- 3+ years working with software products
- Experience managing a team backlog, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating customer needs are met
- Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and people skills
- Experience with Agile processes and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Jira
- Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
- Experience in business optimization, problem-solving, or strategic solution roles with progressive responsibility
- Ability to prioritize work to address immediate needs, while keeping in mind long term sunset decision and not over-investing
- Understanding of OKR Management methodology
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Product-oriented thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Spoken English
