Air Liquide's Business Service Center (BSC) comprises a dedicated unit (including people, processes and technologies) that is structured as a centralized point of service focused on defined business functions. The BSC supports the North America (‘NAM’) cluster and the Latin America (‘LATAM’) cluster.

Air Liquide's Shared Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who provide services that have previously been found in more than one part of the organization or group; thus, the funding and resourcing of the service is shared and the providing department effectively becomes an internal service provider.
The **Talent Acquisition Junior Recruiter **reports directly to the **HR BSC Talent Acquisition Team Leader **.

The primary function and purpose of this position are to coordinate different activities from the end-to-end Recruitment process for both North America (NAM) & Latin America (LATAM) countries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Employee Referral Program by handling payment requests, issue resolution, and research.
- Support recruiting events by assisting with event sign-up, payment processing, and follow-up, involved in flyer/advertisement creation and distribution, internal social media requests, coordinating shipping of materials to site/ hotel, assisting the University relations team with offer letters.
- I-9 Management: verification for all new hires, reporting, and issue resolution. Track, follow up, and ensure completion of all US new hire paperwork before their start date
- Provide reporting on open positions, resume tracking, number of interviews per position, number of days to fill a position, and retention of new hires, on a regular basis.
- Inform employees of badge expiration and send paperwork to employees for badge activation.
- Bill reconciliation with client-vendor. Receives, processes & uploads Talent Acquisition invoices into the corresponding systems for payment. Conducts follow-ups with vendors, if applicable.

**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, communications, or another related discipline.

**Language Requirements**:

- English mandatory: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]
- Spanish mandatory: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]
- Portuguese mandatory: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]

**Other Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required**:

- Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Highly organized individual with the ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in recruiting or human resources with emphasis on recruiting and selection is a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
- Knowledge of TAS (Indeed, WorkDay, TalentLink) is a plus.
