**Seleccionamos en Rosario para LA SEGUNDA**: Project Manager

**Responsabilidades**:
✔️Asegurar la definición de alcance, objetivo, riesgos, requisitos y supuestos, áreas involucradas, equipo de proyecto, entregables
✔️Instrumentar las comunicaciones necesarias para generar el involucramiento de todas las partes interesadas
✔️Elaborar del plan de proyecto en conjunto con el equipo de trabajo según metodología y validar con referentes del proyecto
✔️Identificar, analizar y monitorear continuamente los riesgos del proyecto junto con los dueños de los mismos
✔️Realizar seguimiento del presupuesto del proyecto
✔️Asegurar cierre del proyecto al cumplirse los entregables definidos
✔️Registrar, monitorear y actualizar durante el proyecto datos iniciales, actividades, documentación, cambios de alcance y riesgos en la herramienta definida según metodología, realizando seguimiento de las métricas
✔️Coordinar la ejecución de los roles del proyecto dentro del equipo
✔️Incentivar a los referentes del proyecto para que definan indicadores que muestren el valor del proyecto, indicando la importancia de los mismos

**Requisitos**:
Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o afines
Experiência habiendo gestionado al menos un proyecto de manera integral
Conocimientos de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (preferentemente Gantter, JIRA, Confluence)
Modalidad híbrida 3x2 - Rosario, Santa Fe
