**Role Overview**:
Globant is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with expertise in **Azure** and **Kubernetes** to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge DevOps solutions and collaborate with top-tier professionals globally. The position supports a fully remote work arrangement, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Ensure system security by employing best practices in DevOps workflows and security protocols.
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate DevOps methodologies into all phases of the software lifecycle.

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps roles with strong focus on cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Azure services and platforms.
- Comprehensive experience managing and orchestrating Kubernetes clusters.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM Templates.
- Solid scripting skills, including proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in English or proven communication skills in English (B2 or higher).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with additional cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge in network configurations and security practices.
- Strong advocate of DevOps principles and best practices in system architecture.
