Qontigo is launching a Young Professionals program to participate in a **6-month projec**t**. This Program is aimed to develop young professionals into their areas of interest.

In this project, the trainee will be responsible for providing level one support for business systems used by the Qontigo and collaborate closely with Vendors, End Users, IT Architects, and cross functional business partners to drive root cause analysis and resolution of Application issues related to the migration to Citrix 2.0 (to ‘Qontigo Silo’ Environment).

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and maintain Stoxx’s Applications used by Qontigo in the Citrix Environment including Engineering, Index Services, Index Operations, Technology Teams among others.
- Responsible for resolution of all first level support issues regarding the new Citrix 2.0 Environment for the Stoxx Applications published in it and to ensure action plans and status are communicated appropriately to other Index, IT teams and business leadership accordingly.
- Monitor a Citrix Stoxx's Silo Environment and related Applications making sure it functions without any glitches.
- Provide first level of technical support to the different Stoxx’s Teams within Qontigo, and ask for external support to Vendors/Third parties when required.
- Assist with Citrix 2.0 Defects Management, End-Users Testing, Applications integrations.
- Create and review of all communications related to Application Releases for Stoxx’s Teams.
- Provide Support for Implementation, testing and release of patch/bug fixes for the Applications published under Citrix 2.0 Qontigo Silo Environment.
- Primary point of contact for Stoxx’s Teams regarding Citrix 2.0 Qontigo Silo’s issue investigation and resolution.
- Follow-up and provide updates to Stoxx’s Teams on outstanding Citrix 2.0 Qontigo Silo’s issues.

- Bachelor's degree or Advanced Student in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English (conversational level)
- Familiarity with Citrix environments is highly preferred

**Training/development opportunities**:

- To be trained in Citrix 2.0 Environment (Qontigo Silo).
- To be acquainted with Release, Patching, Bug Fixing Application’s processes.
- To acquired knowledge about Problems, Incidents standard procedures.
- To get in touch with Licenses Procurement processes and standard procedures.
- To have first approach to the Index Operation Services and Engineering organization within Qontigo.
