**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Title: Early Careers Analyst - Campus Programs**

**Location**: Buenos Aires

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campus Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations to promote our brand and attract top talent.
- **Program Development**: Design and implement innovative campus recruitment strategies and programs that align with our organizational goals and values.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and execute campus events, including career fairs, workshops, and information sessions, to engage with students and promote our early careers opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including HR, hiring managers, and marketing, to align campus recruitment efforts with business needs.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus programs and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in campus recruitment or early careers programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for talent development and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Advanced English
- Advanced Portuguese is a plus
