**What will help you succeed**:
**Being flexible & goal oriented.**Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.**Advanced English skills.**Experience working with external clients and outsourcing. Directly interfacing with clients from the US or Europe is a plus**Experience having frequent interaction with appropriate stakeholders and providing visibility and accurate information that impacts client’s business.**Experience negotiating yearly business plans with customers.**Team leadership. Experience working with a distributed or multidisciplinary team is a plus**Relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization working with agile teams.**Knowledge of agile scaled frameworks. Agile certifications are a plus**Experience with risk management, operations, P&L and forecasting.**Being able to detect opportunities to improve project performance.**MBA degree or similar studies is a big plus**
