**The Work You'll Do**:

- More specifically, you will:_
- Define and implement processes to maintain software products' configuration and infrastructure servers' configuration
- Create documentation following industry standards for process definition and user training purposes
- Work within an agile team to develop software solutions and provide guidance on best practices within Configuration Management
- Re-evaluate current Configuration Management practices to propose improvements regularly
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance deployment pipelines and operational efficiency

**What We Need From You**
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field
- Knowledge of SaaS technologies and SDLC processes
- Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell
- Familiarity with private repositories, such as GitHub preferred
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Some off-hour responsibilities may be required
- AI-first mindset with enthusiasm for leveraging automation and emerging technologies
- Ability to interact effectively with teammates, colleagues, and customers
- Ability to comprehend and communicate complex concepts
- Ability to concentrate, analyze, and resolve complex problems
