Now we’re looking for **a HR Recruiter** to bring creative to Softline’s interface. You’ll be a part of our Global HR Team.

Key responsibilities
- Identify recruiting sources by determining current needs: locating and evaluating sources, matching job qualifications and requirements;
- Managing Referral and Employer Branding;
- Taking part in Market mapping project to build strong talent pool;
- Participating in various Talent Acquisition projects, being member of global TA team;
- Preparing reports, working with ATS/CRM systems
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in an IT/ITES/ Services company;
- Advanced level of English;
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search);
- Experience with ATS is an advantage;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
