We are looking for an experienced **Talent Acquisition Specialist/IT recruiter** with strong English communication skills and a startup mindset to help us find and attract the best Tech Talent around the world.
**Main activities**:
- Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.
- Create engaging job descriptions.
- Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience.
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System updated.
**Requirements**:
- Hands-on experience in recruiting hard-to-fill roles
- Communications, psychology, marketing, administration or related degrees will be preferred.
