En Experis Argentina nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Contract Manager para importante Compañía. El rol se orienta a negociar contratos de venta.

Contratación por tiempo indeterminado, bajo relación de dependencia con Experis Argentina.

Modalidad Full - Time presencial. Oficinas ubicadas en Microcentro, CABA.

Tareas
- Realizar negociaciones de contratos de venta.
- Evaluar riesgos legales, comerciales y desarrollo de soluciones de mitigación.
- Realizar registros de orden de compra/contrato en el sistema interno y seguimiento.
- Gestionar hitos clave dentro de cada contrato, incluyendo renovaciones y rescisión.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros equipos dentro de la línea de cuenta, finanzas, legal, etc.

Conocimientos / Skills técnicos
- inglés avanzado.
- Tener mínimo 2 años de experiência comprobable en el rol.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Estudiante o graduado en carreras de Derecho, Economía, comercio internacional, logística, administración de empresas o afines.
- Experiência en Licitaciones.
- Experiência en Redacción y Negociación de Contratos Comerciales.
- Experiência en despacho de abogados.
- Conocimiento en comercio internacional, leyes comerciales, economía y telecomunicaciones.
- Comprensión de la legislación actual, política y orientación sobre contratos de venta.
- Manejo en Microsoft Office Suit.
